Sarah Poole – The Business Flow Co. The Business Health Check: A Fast Diagnostic for Regional Owners Sarah Poole is the founder of The Business Flow Co, a business coaching and strategy consultancy working with small to medium-sized businesses across Australia. An accredited Federal Government entrepreneurship coach, Sarah has worked with hundreds of business owners at an executive coaching level. She began her career building and scaling national businesses before moving to the Coffs Coast, where she built her own regional business alongside her coaching and strategy practice. Sarah's approach puts the business owner at the centre of the strategy, recognising that the success of a business is closely connected to the person leading it.

Sarah Hamilton – Hamilton Resolutions & Studio Six Brave Conversations: The Small Business Superpower Sarah Hamilton is the founder of Hamilton Resolutions and Studio Six, a workplace relations consultancy and co-working space based in Woolgoolga. Sarah brings almost 25 years of senior Human Resources and Industrial Relations experience across Australian construction, resources and infrastructure projects, including some of the most high-pressure workplace disputes in the country. After returning to the Coffs Coast in 2026, Sarah established her local practice, supporting businesses with Fair Work, workplace relations, Work Health & Safety, HR best practice and conflict resolution. She is an AMDRAS-accredited mediator and conciliator, ISO-accredited lead auditor and CINERGY-accredited conflict coach.

Sarah will tackle one of the biggest challenges for business owners — having the difficult conversation before it becomes a bigger problem. She'll share the simple three-step framework she uses in workplace disputes: Facts, not feelings. Ask, don't tell. Co-design the fix. Sarah will also discuss psychosocial risk in the workplace, including the positive duty to manage these risks and what SafeWork NSW expects from small businesses.
