Rising costs continue to place pressure on businesses across the Mid North Coast, with workers' compensation and workforce wellbeing emerging as critical drivers of sustainability and performance.

We invite you to join us for a focused discussion on two critical issues on the cost of doing business - the cost and complexity of workers' compensation and industrial relations compliance.

Our latest Business Conditions Survey highlights that these issues remain two of the most significant cost pressures facing business across the Mid North Coast. The forum builds on previous regional discussions focused on these challenges and moves the conversation forward, bringing together senior leaders, business and medical professionals to explore how we can work collaboratively to improve workers' compensation outcomes across the region.

The program will also include an interactive session with our Australian Business Lawyers & Advisors (ABLA) team, providing a practical update on IR compliance and effective workplace management strategies.

In the current environment, understanding the drivers of these costs and identifying practical responses has never been more important.
